Dayton Tenn.  April 24th Thru the 26th

Dayton Tenn is next up for Team Digger. Coming of a good finish at the first Rrock series event . The team is feeling very anxious about competing at a National We-Rock series event.
With the absence of Kyle Bruso another Rrock competitor from the We-Rock line up. Team Digger is hoping to jump right in were Kyle and Klye left off last year.  I was fortunate enough to spot for kyle at the final we-rock event last year. Me and kyle took third for the day.
Our team has proven we can be competitive At the All Stock Nationals. With this being said Team Digger plans to keeping the momentum going full speed as we roll in to Dayton Tenn. We will be shooting for the podium. The S10 is ready ,I'm ready, and I know Giles is pumped. There will be alot of tough competitors and courses but we are ready to see how we stack up!!  See you all there.

TEAM DIGGER TAKES HOME A 2nd PLACE FINISH!

TEAM DIGGER takes 2nd Place!

The start to the season was a good one.  Our 1st course was C2  It went off as planned and with out a signal mistake, Perfect score -5.
Next was C3 this course had me a little worried but Giles said "not to worry we had been here before."  Through the first set off gates and around the second set of gates. This is were things went alittle off track. We removed the grille and the drivers side headlight on a rock before getting a bad roll off a rock into a cone. We both let it go and moved on. Giles came down the bonus like a pro. the rest of the course went great.
On to C1 This was probably everybodys hardest course. Our extended wheel base and over hang in the rear cost us our first cone and i think everybody got the one at the top. We struggled through a 22 point score.
From there we were up on C4. This was a very technical course with some big diff hangers but with a couple of front digs and some spotting it was another perfect score for our team -4.
Now it was on to the last course C5. We were in second place by 1 point and had 2 more teams right on our butt. When it was our turn we had alittle more room point wize but we needed the bonus climb and had to finish the course with at least -5 or better. Giles hit the climb just right and the S10 made me proud crusing right to the top. From there we were feeling pretty good but still had a drop that had already clamed a couple of teams. Giles and the rig did as directed and pulled it off.  We took a couple extra backs because we new we could and ended up with a -11.
Total for the day of -3 and second place finish. The team could not be happier with the finish. Giles was on his game the S10 stayed together and performed as we new it could. Stay tuned for what is to come Team digger will be at We-rocks first event in Dayton Tenn. Can't wait
